Due to North and Central America being so diverse
from each other, we offer two different solutions for two
different types of dreamers. The
North American solutions are offered in several
locations. With five
different plans to choose from for various budgets, there is something
for everyone! The
Central American Solutions are
currently focused on Costa Rican Property. The
North American solutions are
essentially Family Vacation/Investment homes; while
Costa Rica is predominantly an
Investment/Retirement/Vacation development. As you read on you'll see
more clearly how each project will work its way into your lifestyle and
dreams, so don't let my summary prejudice your vision. Both sets of
projects have a lot of overlap and similarities. Pick one of the
